Abstract

The article explores the role of the social institutions of family and mahalla in shaping the reading culture among the youth of Uzbekistan. It examines their influence on preserving traditional values, transmitting cultural heritage, and fostering an interest in literature among the younger generation. Special attention is given to the interaction between these institutions, their significance in the digital era, and state initiatives aimed at supporting reading culture.
